01This residential project is conceived as a contemporary tropical retreat, designed to frame expansive ocean views while maintaining a strong connection to the surrounding landscape. The architecture emphasizes clean horizontal lines, generous overhangs, and open-plan spaces that promote natural ventilation and visual continuity. The infinity pool and outdoor living areas are integrated as core elements of the design, allowing interior spaces to extend seamlessly toward the exterior. The result is a calm, refined residence that balances openness, privacy, and comfort within a natural coastal setting.
Our approach
02The design approach focuses on climate-responsive architecture, simplicity of form, and material honesty. Exposed concrete, large-format glazing, and durable finishes were selected to ensure long-term performance in a tropical environment while maintaining a minimalist and timeless aesthetic. Careful orientation and spatial planning enhance cross-ventilation, solar control, and uninterrupted views. Landscape integration and controlled transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces reinforce the project’s relationship with its surroundings, creating a functional and serene living experience.
